Before I start into changing people in Vizag for prospering, I need to start looking into myself. First I have to change myself. Looking inwards. I need to be exuberant both physically and mentally and energy wise. The regular going to park early in the morning got a big break. Going to park or writing which is the first think in the morning? These are fighting for time and writing is always winning. I am not giving enough time to do both. I have to getup early. But circumstances are pushing the night food too late. But one thing, what ever is the case, I cleen my teeth, take bath and go to office. Even if I have to be a bit late, I normally do them and only go out. But when you keep the excercise, writing and reading in the same lines of cleening teeth and taking bath, we are not comfortable. These are as important to the mind and body as the morning routine for the body. These we got habituated from childhood, and made it a regular think for so many years, as many as we lived. But why could not we made walking in the nature, excercise, yoga, practice of lighting lamp are not made into practice. I know some people, mavayya and nanna, both with out lighting lamp and following the practice of "devmudiki dannamu pettukovadam" will not eat, it has become part of their routine. When you compare these new things which you want to do regularly like a routine with habituated things for so many years, they don't stand to win. Slowly these things have to habituated and made part of the routine. That's the core part any practisionar suggest. Do this for 40 days, later you will be doing on your own. To appreciate the effect that it causes to do these things, you have to experience them. Normally these little things effects can be perceived only when you experience for a prolonged time. Which will be a strong feedback loop that encourages (forces) neural network to rewire and make this (into a habit) part of our routine. Once the re-wiring is complete and its made active regularly for some duration, it makes our aspiring little thing into our routine. If you miss or intentionally avoided to cleen your teeth, you might cleen some time in the afternoon or evening. But if that was not the case, we will surely do the next morning. These new little things that we want to do, to change ourselves to become capable, once reach such a state, I did not do it today, its a constant reminder. Next day you will do it with regular habit. That's when you can compare these little small things that we want to do with the routine things we have been doing from birth. Instead of starting with adding 3-4 things into the routine. Its better to focus on one thing untill it becomes a habit and part of the routine. I am doing the writing for some time(3-days). I need to foucus on this thing till it becomes a habit. Excercise, Kriya are asking for time. Should I write these things on the wall and put a note to do all these things daily. Changing the routine by adding a new habit, takes energy. When you add more than one thing, they try to compete for time. Its easy to add one 30-mins practice into routine. If we add 2-3 things its asking for ~2 hours of your time, which is yet not part of your routine. That's where the conflict arises and comparision starts between the new things. And now you start to demean some things saying it's not that important for my life. Everything is important in its own way. Based on your comfort and other limitations and how hard it is to do it, you try to make something less priority, which is actually the most important thing that has great effect on you. You choose do the easy one. Even that one you do with guilt. Which will reduce the effectiveness of that little thing you do. Conflicts, comparisons comfortable rationalization of irrational decisions. Where does all this lead to? It is just creating obstrucles in the path that you want to travel faster. This style of doing things is keeping you at bay from "the work of making your aspirations into reality".
