I want to be pleasant and healthy all the time. 24/7 365 days. I know little bit about well-being conceptually, but have not put in any practice to experience well-being on a daily basis. It was all ways occasional, few days after starting, slowly stop doing the practice which used to give good experience of well-being. Like climbing small hill (opposite side of Simhachalam hill, i.e. Madhavadhara) half way through daily in the morning. Earlier I used to climb high such that I see sun rise and beach, between the hills, from far away. Later it was reduced to climb till I see the sun. In case I started early I would reach the Galibanda spot. In case of late I only climb few steps and return back. I used to take bath as well, after getting down hill under the continuously flowing natural water 24/7 365 days. Later it was just reduced to bathing only in the morning. Later that also reduced and used to go irregularly. Finally stopped doing completely. Wakeup late and do nothing for well-being. This was my experience.

Today is full moon day, did walk for 30-45 mins. Roaming in the morning observing plants, flowers, tress, sparrows, people, gives me some kind of relaxation. Want to do it till next full moon day. Have to check how much I will be able to do.

I wan to handle my well-being with eyes open. I want to state to myself that today this is the beginning. But somehow not comfortable because there so many beginnings. I want to evolve towards pleasantness in body, mind and energy all the time.
