Along with that,
Identifying the second year students and connecting them to companies to do summer internships will lead to great value.
First the few who are hungry and eager will experience the real world. Already people do it. With this focussed approach from top, it will lead to more people knowing the opportunity and start experiencing them.
Once they work, it percolates to their classmates and juniors as well.
It will make the whole placement work results to hit better levels, instead of just trying to train and place them in final year of B.Tech.
