People perceive time in different ways at different times, in the same day. We are not good at estimating the effects of some activities on our ability to spend time on our core task. Somethings totally effects all the plans. Having weekness that just consumes time is in a way dangerous to our wellbeing and effectiveness. Somethings when we start to consume for 5 to 10 mins easily slips to 5 hours or till we get completely exhausted. This entirely shatters your normal routine. Instead of trying to limit and gain control over these consumtions. Binary mode works better for these senarios. Need to train our mind to remind in these situations, that this leads to exhausting our energy and leaving us with shattered schedule. This will also lead to improper sleep and impact health badly.

Oh mind do please remind me when such situations arise, that
- this path of spending few mins is end less slippery slope and only leave you when all your energies are exhausted.
- don't try to test your will power, this is not the situation where will power must be tested.
- don't think you have the nigraham to stop after 10 mins, it is just a trick played to fool you to start consuming.
- this will impact your health and daily routine.
- remind me to just get up and jump for 5 mins, to change the habit.
- Move on, its fine, life will be ok without this activity.

Let's make it binary mode. Zero to these time and energy consuming activity.

It was a beatiful day. Observing the rain near the stadium parking. In the rain so long as it rained slowly. While raining eating dosa inside the car. Washing your hand with the rain water. The splashes on the thin layer of water over the ground. Slowly moving the car with free flow, over the gentle slope from stadium to HCU to colony. With yoga padhi music in the car. The green plants and trees. The paper flower trees with full of ping flowers. It's a joyful experience of the dance of nature. Greatful to still be with the ground and plants and trees.

Something is longing in me to be in the field of plants. May be that will bring wellness in to my life.
