Yesterday when I was talking to my friend with whom I started a training institute and he is currently running it. They train people for iOS and Android programming. I gave 2 advices. I am writing them here, because we are good and giving useful advices, which we don't follow because they are hard. For my future reference.

1. First thing before someone join a batch is to ask them to come up with one or two apps in AppStore which they want to replicate and they will by end of course. Their goal is just to learn the needed skills to replicate those apps.

2. Record classes and share them on Youtube or internal server. The trainers get a chance to see how they are doing and improve. Students get to see, good parts of old parts of videos. Public gets to see what is going on in the institute. No need to go for good camera setup. Any iPhone camera will suffice.

In case you plan to start a training institute. By doing these 2 things, the student remains focused, they will pull the needed information from trainers, they will become industry ready, and your institute will blossom.
